I'd like to set my bow up with some high foc skinny carbon arrows.  My bow is a Toelke Whip longbow 57#@29".  What shaft/insert/point weight do you guys recommend trying to achieve this?  Thanks...Mike

Try Gold tips with 100 grain inserts and a 150 to 175 gr, tip.  Fly great out of my Border....
60" Toelke Whistler 42@28
60" Toelke Chinook T/D 47@28
60" Toelke Whistler T/D 52@29
60" Toelke Whistler T/D 45@28

Not sure about the center shot of the Toelke but I use 300 Axis 30" 100 grain brass insert and 200gr point for 58@29, can get by with the 340's for 52#. Hope this helps some.

I have a Super Shrew that is 55 @29 so it shoud be close.  I shoot Goldtip 35/55s out of it with 150gr tips, and it is a rocket.  I have tried some Goldtip 55/75 (.400 spine) arrows and it took 250 - 300grs up front for them to work.  It is a high FOC set up that should be close.  Good luck.
