I wanted to share some pics of my hunting partner, my oldest son Isaiah. He went on his first elk hunt this past September and the little man can really hunt! He never complained and he was into the elk the whole time. Look at the form! We spend a ton of time hunting small game together as well. T

You're doing a great job.  He looks like he has the heart of a hunter.  Keep it up and I pray both of you enjoy every moment of your time in the wild together.  You are a rich man and he is lucky to have you.

Thanks Tony for the kind words. He definately has what it takes. I am very proud of him. T

Those are great pictures!  I have two young girls and they like doing anything with their bows with Dad.  Good memories!

He does have really good form! How old is he? Congratulations to both of you as he is doing really well. My son is two but I thought I better wait till three to start shooting.

allanburden

LV2HUNT, that is my 2.5 year old in my avatar pic, and although dad has to help him he loves to shoot and can now properly grip the bow and pull back the string.  Dad still handles arrows though. He can't get enough of it.  Every morning he asks if we can go shoot his bow and arrows.  :archer:
