A 6" reflective wrap weighs about 12 grains.  Worst case add about 12 more up front.

Hey Sbschindler, I went to One stingers web site but I didn't see it.  Where is it located?  Thanks

Not going to effect any tuning. If you think it still will, then offset the "nock end tape" with another piece of tape behind the broadhead.

I've been putting a 1" piece on both end for many years, helps to find those expensive broadheads back, if your arrow gets broke after going through an animal

Good idea putting it behind the broadhead. I've put it behind the feathers but lost a broad head on a doe this year that only ran fifty yards in a fricking wide open pine plantation with no underbrush!  Instead of a futile three hours idve just walked in after dark with a flashlight.

I have a small piece where crest should be and a 1/2" piece up by the nock. Works great.

what brand of reflective tape are you guys using.  the stuff I have seen seems like it would be too stiff and would have a tendency to lift off the shaft.

I buy it in the automotive department at Walmart. I don't recall  the brand. Clean the shaft with denatured alcohol before adding the tape and it sticks pretty well. Some will eventually chip off, but it's cheap enough to replace. Beats losing arrows. I've never noticed any difference in arrow flight.

Gonna start adding a small strip behind broad head as mentioned.  Past several  kills have resulted in broken arrows and searches for the broad head.  Been lucky to recover them so far but this should lend aid in recovery when needed.

Thanks!

I've used reflective wraps on my carbons from One Stringer. I use them only on my field arrows and they do help finding one of those "under the grass" escapees because they really pop out in just any kind of light. I don't use them on my hunting shafts for the same reason.

X 3 on onestringers reflective wraps. As for spooking game, I've used them without covering them for a few years now. Never seen any game spook from them. I've killed several critters and they really help finding the game after dark!
