Does anyone know what the "slicks" are on this string?  http://gstringbowstrings.com/products/oneida-osprey-string
They look like they would make comfortable shooting with a thin glove.
I wonder if they is a hard shell shrink tube that would work for that?

Idk what it is, but i bet one of those strings would work great on a bowfishing bow!

Maybe some sort of shrink wrap. For $35 per string they should be gold.

Get bamboo.

I think some sort of shrink wrap also but Halo serving is so slick, it's unnecessary to add anything else in my opinion.  Also, I'm not an expert string maker but for that price, I'd expect the twists to be tighter.  They look very loose to me?  Maybe that's what 350# does to them?    :D

I bet they are RPM Bowfishing  slicks .

Rubber tubing.  I tried them in lieu of a tab or glove but didn't get quite enough finger protection for my liking.

They are like the old no gloves for bow strings.
Never wait too long!
