Good shooting and it looks like really nice fur.

I'd like to shoot a Bobcat too but we don't have them here and I'd most likely have to drive 1,000 miles to be where they range.

As far as eating a cat - to most regular folks it doesn't sound too appetizing...  but I've eaten Lynx often and they're actually pretty good - I wonder if bobcats would be similar?

Update- Renee wants him mounted so we are..    

Never argue when the wife wants another mount in the living room!  

Going with a sitting position for a bit of versatility....

Got kitty tagged today. In MO you have to have the CO come look it over and tag it by Feb 15.

Got it out and discovered it was a female!! LOL

I hadn't looked at in daylight much, just froze it for the taxidermist.

Surprised it weighed 25# as a female, thought they were smaller.
