I have a JD Berry Vixen 50@28 (which is my draw)
I shoot a b-50 dacron string on it. I will be shooting Doug Fir shafts  . I have an abundance of 135 gr Zwicky Deltas that I would like to utalize.
What spine and length would I need to use these heads?
Thanks in advance

Gonna follow this one as I have a Vixen with almost the same specs and same heads lying around!

If your arrow is to be 28.75 or 29 inches long I would bet that it will be a 50-55 or a 55-60, with 53 to 57 being the best.

Ari_Bonn

A 50-55 cut to 29" back of point should be perfect.

Orion

Agree with pavan and Ari.  I like to lean toward the heavier spine.  If it were me, 55-60# cut to 29 BOP.  Good luck.

Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

The Whittler

If the bow is not cut to center then under spine arrows will work. But a lot has to do with your release.

45/50 or 40/45 spine. I have an older JD Berry Yawha (spelling) it's 64#@28" and I draw about 29". When I shot it wood 55/60 spine just a little over 29" with 125gr BH.

My Vixen is 50#@28" and likes 50/55's best as well. Douglas Fir and Ash.

Just because you are passionate about something, doesn't mean you don't suck at it.
