i went up a spine in arrows and noticed my nock point height went up to 3/4 of an inch shooting split is this common?

YES. Almost  all my bows are 5/8"-3/4". If it tunes well and shoots well don't worry about where it is

now i raised my nock point bareshaft flys straight but my fleth is shoting higher where imlooking, if i move nock point down i will get nock high with bareshaft

One thing that can throw a damper on tuning nock height is excessive flex on the back of the shaft caused by fingers and also shooting split sometimes I push my nock down when I draw and get funny flight. To correct that put another nock below to verify you have it right. That will save you a headache when tuning. And if you shoot a broad head with a fletched shaft and get perfect flight then you accomplished what you set to do.

And don't pay attention to much to how they stick in the target trust me. You will drive yourself insane. Only worry about where they are grouping........... that's it

its hard to get where they are grouping because i shoot instinctive, i got the bareshaft flying straight no tail left or right

You should still be able to group shooting instinctive.
As long as you are concentrating on the same spot each shot your arrows should group.
If they aren't then you need some more practice!

Well said sc bowhunter--- whether instinctive, gapping, or split vision, hitting the target is the goal.  If you're not grouping you need to work on form And your aiming method before you worry too much about tuning.
