I've been playing with the idea of grabbing an ILF setup after watching a bunch of Jimmy Blackmon's videos on YouTube. I really dig the ******** Titan 3 he has in several of his videos. Anyone have any thoughts on the ******** titan or any opinions on other ilf rigs? Pics would be sweet also. Thanks guys

Tr@d Tech. Not sure why that is censored...?

My thoughts?  I really like my 19 inch metal Morrison Gen I ILF riser.  I like the mass of it.  The limb options for ILF are almost endless.  Go for it!

The Titan III is my favorite riser and has been my 3-D bow for 5 years. Of course the riser is only part of the equation with the limbs being a big part. There you get what you pay for in speed and smoothness.

Titan is a very nice riser. DAS riser 17" is my favorite. The metal or wood Morrison ILF are top notch. Mike at Dryad makes some really good stuff in ILF in recurve or longbow, especially the acs version longbow.

One caution on ILF, make sure you match correct limb length for your draw length.

Love my Titan.   From a pure accuracy standpoint I shoot nothing better.

Limb recommendations for the Titan?  Thanks guys

What is your draw length? How much do you want to spend on limbs?

Have shot many arrows utilizing both the Dryad Acs Recurve and Longbow LBX limbs on the Titan III.

Both personally, performed outstanding.

Katman I'm drawing about 27 inches. And nothing crazy. I have some really nice hunting setups already. I'm more or less lookin to get something i can play around with in the off season.

Right here in Central Ohio. I get you started in the right direction.

I like the Morrison Archery risers.Particularly the phenolic and wood with phenolic.

You won't find better then what Bowbldr makes.Give Bob a call at Morrison archery.

In ILF you can go with short limbs.

I like the Titan riser too. Instead of purchasing a new TT riser for $450, I purchased a used Morrison Gen 3 riser for $200 and put new TT Blackmax 2.0 limbs on it for another $250. It shoots great! I really like the adjustability of the ILF bows. Tuning arrows is so much easier as well.

My Morrison riser is 17." With medium TT limbs, my bow is 60" AMO. Long limbs =62". Short limbs = 58"

Bob I appreciate that! I visited your shop many years ago when i was still in high school. It was a great experience!

I'm surprised more folks don't shoot ILF, its a very versatile system. You can go from $60 limbs to $700 limbs with an adjustable weight range of about 6# on each.

You can mix and match risers/limbs. You can have target limbs then swap for heavier hunting limbs...

I compare everything to my Morrison [wood] riser and WW Inno foam core limbs and its hard for other bows to compete.

I really like my VPA Vapor 13" riser with Sebastion Flute Carbon Foam limbs.....

I've been shooting a used set of Samick BF Extremes on my Titan III. Also shoot them on a dedicated 25" barebow riser for indoor and field archery. You can shoot relatively inexpensive Black Max limbs and be perfectly happy with the performance but once you shoot a set of premium limbs it's hard to go back.
