I ordered another set of limbs for my ACS-CX and the 52# limbs just arrived. The limbs that came with the bow when I bought it were 60#. But the top limb tip on the bow was starting to get a little twist in it...when I ordered the new set I told Larry about it and he replaced it with a new set of limbs!!! I said he wouldn't be happy with trying to fix it. That's what I call customer service! Thank you Larry. I wanted to tell others that if you are thinking of buying from A&H you can be assured of being taken care of.

Way to go A&H!  Glad to know they made it right with you.  Great bows and great people!
Always keep the wind in your face, and an arrow nocked.

I also want to add that Larry told me this was an extremely rare situation! They rarely ever see a twisted limb.

I've had a similar good experience with the outstanding customer service offered by John Havard and Larry Hanify.  I once had a problem with bamboo material failure.  Those ole' boys jumped on my problem quick, set me up with a new set of limbs to meet an upcoming hunt I had scheduled on the opposite side of the continent.  They responded with class and dignity in a manner that will assure their company is destined for the "long haul".

No archer should be reluctant to purchase the A & H product for fear of poor customer service.

Please don't let my last reply lead any of you into thinking I have an issue or even the slightest inkling of fear about the ACS CX bows,,, I just thought that the friggin things were BULLET PROOF! They really look and feel just that. As for their customer service,,, Larry has responded to every one of my emails on the next day or the day after that,,, some bowyers don't even reply. To top it all off,,, just to prove how much of a "Class Act" A&H really is,,, when I got home today from work I found a Christmas card waiting for me from them

I strung up the 52# limbs that make the bow 64". What a smooth shooting bow they make!!! I really like the extra length in the limbs over the 62". I feel like I could shoot this bow all day! I set the nock at 1/2" and got nock high while bareshafting it...ended up with it at 3/4" and still a little nock high. Anyone else have their nock this high on their ACS-CX? I am shooting 3 under, with GT5575s 29.5", at 28" draw.

Yeah! I got a card too! Any dealings I have had with A&H have exceeded expectations. Good group of people and products.
