Saturday morning was good to me.  I managed to take a doe with my new morrison ILF set up.  I had been wanting me a good short hunting bow that could handle my draw, the answer was a wooden 13" ILF riser with Morrison Max 4 longs.  This bow is absolutely SWEET!  This is the first riser I have ever had that was cut this far past center.  With my arrow on the shelf, it is set up at dead nuts center.  I really like that, it seems to make a much more forgiving bow!  The bow did have a little vibration noise, not felt in the handle but definitely heard by ear.  I spoke with Bob about it and he told me to install some limb silencers on it and boy did they help!!!

This bow has turned in to my "go-to" hunting bow.  at only 55" strung, it truly amazes me that this short bow can handle a 29.5" draw like it does.  The Limbs are #46@28, but i'm assuming that since they are on a 13" riser the weight should be higher than that, either way, it is as smooth as butter and great!

Congrats Daniel!

It looks like you've got some great help there as well!

Thanks for sharing

They were nearly as good at dragging a deer as I thought they would be!!

They were both excited to see their first deer.  I did tell them it was sleeping! Haha
