Appealing to the Guys here who know about these bows as I never did get to handle one may have a lead on one.
Where they good shooters and any stacking on the 60/62" versions with that overdraw looking riser ?
What was the reason for that style of bow ?
tight hunting shots,flight shooting?
Thanks for any info TradGanger's

Harold Groves made a GREAT bow.  The Spitfire Magnum was one of the best, either in the  2 piece takedown or one piece.  It was a hunting bow and the overdraw allows a shorter arrow to be used which allowed more speed and less drop over the same distance compared to a non-overdraw model.  He also had the sight window relieved to allow a two blade head to be drawn into the riser.  They didn't stack.  If you have the opportunity to buy one, you will not be disappointed.

The best recurves I have ever shot til ILF/DAS came along. IF they were still being made I would be shooting lighter limbs but all I can say is that they were extremely stable and easy to shoot and quick, as well.
The best things in life....aren't things!
