Any one have any luck putting these in a wood arrow?

Not gonna happen unless you can make a nock adapter that will glue over the end of the shaft to hold the nock.  Don't know anybody that makes any adapters for wood arrows for press in nocks, plus they would have to be long to allow for the battery length.
They'll be no quitters till we bag us some critters!

Never tried it, fur tracers are as good as it gets for woodies I think.

Could Could make a jig and drill a channel to receive the nock extension, but would weaken the arrow considerably.

I did one with a GT nock. Took a full length cedar shaft and fitted a piece of GT shaft about an inch and a half  by grinding the shaft to fit the internal GTas closeas possible. Ensured it was square and glued it on.  No reason why a lighted nock could not be fitted in the same manner.  After I got it, I retuned the shaft for length due to the difference in weight. It seems to work   It took about 40 minutes total to get it to square at the shoulder. The strength of the shaft did not seem diminished and I had no fear shooting it out of a 54 pound longbow
