I have 2 58" bear grizzly recurves I need new strings for. One is a 35 lb bow that my 13 year old daughter is using. Guessing from early 70's as I used it as a kid 35 years ago. I just picked up a 45 lb recurve from 70's that needs a string too. Any recommendations.? Thanks, Scott

For my old Grizzly, I used Alan at 'Ten Ring Strings'...  He builds an excellent string!

Good luck, shoot straight and God Bless,

You need a 54 inch b50 or b55 string. Do not use fast flight as they do not have true re enforced tips.
Nothing clears a troubled mind like shooting a bow.

I love sbd strings but I wouldn't recommend them for a grizzly. Don't really have a recommendation for Dacron strings. Sorry
