From 1987. I was about to climb down from my treestand and ready to call it quits for the evening hunt, and heard him coming through the corn field. He came right under my  stand and I took him with a Zwickey Eskimo out of my Bear Magnesium handle takedown bow.

Wish I could add some. But I wasn't born til the 70's. Didn't shoot a bow til the 80's. And never shot trad til the 90's. And didn't become an addict til last year.

Thanks fellows for the kind words.  Sika Deer taken at Assateague Island in 1987 here in Maryland with a Bear Wood handle takedown recurve and a wolverine broadhead. I did not have a 4 wheel drive vehicle at the time, so I had to walk out with him on my back, but it was a labor of love(LOL)
