a while back, you all pointed me to an HOW TO mount a stone point.  the guy used a pencil to trace an outline and then used a bandsaw to cut the arrow.

i have the arrows ready to go and the stone points...but no bandsaw.  i don't want to ruin any arrows...can i cut that notch with a hand saw?  Any other manual ways are welcomed!

A coping saw will do the job nicely, or a tile blade mounted in a coping saw or hacksaw.
Well, who'da thunk it!

I agree with shawnee. A tile blade in a hacksaw. Take your time.Be sure to go straight.
