What's you boys reasons for shootin the tab over the glove?

I just received a couple tabs from Laszio Varga located in Budapest Hungary. I got his name off this forum. These are some of the best tabs I tried and I have all of the mentioned above. Check him out you won't regret.

Check our Eagle Flight tabs, great tabs, I have three, and their priced right at $12.00

I shoot a Saunders 3 under tab that is really slick plastic. Rainy days are no problem.

I tried all the above and never liked the feel of them. I started making my own from scrap leather from a local furniture shop and finally got exactly what I want. It has to be really "floppy." That is the only way I can feel the string like I like.

I second the Saunders tabs. They are really slick and you can add or subtract layers on it. I use just the main plastic part that has the finger ring and a thing piece of leather behind it. Good feel and really slick

I make my own, almost identical to Rod Jenkins. Tim B- I shoot a tab because the release is so much cleaner and they don't develop a groove just when they are starting to get broken in, plus I can make my own, any thickness or size I desire.
We are all here because we are not all there.

Been using the same cordovan tab from Screaming Eagle for at least 8 years. Had a backup for when it wore out and never needed it. Still in great shape.
