Friend of mine picked this bow up at a garage sale and wanted to know what I knew about it. Told him I have never heard of this company but I knew some people who would :-)

He bought it for 17.00 set up for bow fishing arrows with broadheads where included...

Thanks all...

I've never heard of them either, but I picked up a Black Hawk "mosquito" also at a garage sale, don't remember what I paid, not much I'm sure.   :dunno:

I'm not sure either but it looks cool, and you can't beat the price.

I have one.  Got it at an auction for $20.  It has a home painted cammo job, but does shoot

The Cravotto brothers had many items.

I have the Blackhawk tapering tools for wood shafts.

Ask on the History forum for more info.

Blackhawk Hornet made by Cravotta Bros. in East Mckeesport Pa. near Pittsburg. 1957 if I'm not mistaken. These are greatly under-rated bows IMO.
