Hi all, I just picked up a Browning Cam-Lock 1 recurve. I've searched the internet high and low for any pictures or information on this bow and have come out completely empty handed. Any info would be appreciated. Hoping to find some pics of what it looked like out of the factory. This one has been rattle can painted and I'd like to restore it since it appears to be rare.

See if you can get your hands on a 1975 catalog.

This is a 1975 magazine ad.

Is your cam lock on the right in this ad?

Bud, That's it! Now if only I could find some info as far as brace height, etc. You rule. that's the first pic of one i've seen online. I wonder how rare of a bow this really is....

Not sure how you would find recommended brace height, but start at 7.5" and go up or down as the bows asks as long as your arrows are in the correct spine range.
