I'm extremely proud of you! Great job my friend. I hope you make your goal soon and then can go on a maintenance mode. That takes a lot of determination and I know you have it. Keep the faith.
I would've taken better care of myself,if I'd known I was gonna live this long!

Sam McMichael

You accomplished some momentous milestones! I have no doubt that you will reach the remainder of your goals. I thought I was doing great when I lost 30 lbs., but you have done so much more. Your new lifestyle will benefit you more than just in your bowhunting. Congratulations!

What you have done so far takes grit and determination. Keep it up and you will be rewarded.

Bears can attack people- although fewer people have been killed by bears than in all WWI and WWII combined.

You will now not only feel so much better everyday, and more alive...but you have also added many years to your life...

You've almost lost a whole person....keep going.

Nicely done. It takes a lot to what you've done. I quit Chewing, smoking and drinking on the same day 15 years ago. I started working out. I went from 296 to 218 in 85 days. I've put some back on but I feel great at 235. Great job

Great job!  I'm right there beside you.  Down 50# and going lower.

Keep it up, elk season is only a few weeks away.
