A question about bow storage and limb twist

I have a question about the position a bow can be stored.

There have been several pictures posted on this site from people that store their bows vertically. When I bought my Black Widow recurve the guys at BW and my bow's manual instructed me not to store (hang) my bow vertically because it might cause the limbs to twist. They suggested that I support the bow horizontally with two pegs where the limbs attach to the riser if I have a bow quiver attached to the bow. This is the way I store my bow. They also said I could store the bow against a wall by hanging it by the string with two pegs but not to use this method if a bow quiver is attached because it might cause the limbs to twist. But on the back of the BW brochure that I have, it shows 5 dozen or more BW bows without bow quivers that are strung and hanging vertically with the back of the bows facing the wall. This really seems to contradict the message they were trying to pass on to me about limb twist.

So, have those of you that store you bows vertically ever have a bow's limbs twist because of hanging it vertically?

When you hang the bow vertically do you support it at the riser or do you use a peg between the string and the top of the limb?

Thanks for your help.

I have over 50 bows in my bow room hanging vertically on pegs with the string hooked over the peg, and the belly of the bow against the wall. None has ever become twisted while in my possession although a couple arrived that way and I fixed them and hung them up. I would not hang them that way if there was a quiver attached-too much weight. If I had a BW it would get the same treatment.
