In reference to Walt's comment about my experience with gear: "Good judgment comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgment."    ;)   Now you know my system for learning.

Looks like your dance card is getting pretty full Walt. I'd love to be a raven...I would fly over and watch you and Hunter periodically. He's going to have a real true adventure up there...a lifetime memory. Not that it really matters a lot, but there's something very unique about camping/hunting from a tipi in moose country.

Looks like I will be up there doing another solo hunt. I'm still working on the exact dates, but it will be in the rut. The 8-Man stays home and the Sawtooth goes again.

My buddy from last year...I'm avoiding him.

Wing and a prayer!

Steve, I spent quite a bit of time admiring your tipi at Grayling last weekend. Bigger than what I need for one man, but REALLY nice.
