great bunch  - they sent me more than one b/c I was in between and simply asked me to return the one that didn't fit.  seemed really interested in making customer happy.  have been shooting mine a while now and will get another if it ever wears out.  as for which one - I can't comment - have only owned the one and therefore can't say one is better than the other

I recently spoke to John about a sizing problem I had with his gloves. Seems I am a "tween er". I need the size large fingers on an x-large glove. The large glove does not fit around my wrist and is always popping loose.The xl fingers are to big for my skinny fingers. John says no problem. Had his seamstress stitch the fingers on an extra large glove down to a size large. That is called customer service. Works great. Don't hesitate to call John with any questions/concerns you might have.

My experience is the same as yours. FWIW, I got mine in February and it's just now feeling like "mine".  Some break-in time but a very nice glove.

They are truly a custom shop. I've got large finger stalls, XL length and XXL wrist strap. John is great to work with.
