Thinking of purchasing one.  My only question is how does the wool covering hold up?    Thanks.

The wool covering on mine looks as good as the day I got it. It will pick up cockle burrs and sticktites. But not hard to remove at all. Very durable quiver.

My favorite hunting quiver , you will not be disappointed .

I've tried mightily to hate mine all the years I've owned it.  Somehow it just keeps hanging around ... on my shoulder.

Once you get accustomed to carrying it, even in thick cover, you'll wonder why you ever hesitated in getting one. Light, versatile, durable – what's not to like?     ;)

Mine is good so far as well. Pretty well made in my opinion. The only thing I have added was some felt tape on the central rod to quiet bumps by arrows when removing or replacing arrows in it.

Excellent question. The 2 GFA's I use are from the first run, many years ago. The wool is fine, and I have hunted these quivers hard.....from Idaho to Wyoming to Michigan. Absolutely superb quality.

Mine is at least 8 or 9 years old no wear on the wool.

This picture is from 3 years ago. The GFA in it is from the original run, so it must be 10 years old in this picture. It is the exact quiver I use today. All I have ever done is change out the foam hood insert (once, in all that time).

Would the hood completely cover the blades of a Grizzley?
