I need to update my e-mail address but I also forgot my Password. I cannot seem to get through to Admin via the Windows mail that pops up when you click on the Contact Us. Could someone from Admin please help me?

Can you logout and hit "forgot password"? Then you could reset

I tried that from the desktop but my e-mail is different from the old work one that they have on file.
It's a "Catch 22", can't change password without current e-mail, can't change e-mail without the forgotten password...     :confused:
