I'm interested in hearing about differences you guys see between Jim's glass bows and the carbon models. Any noise difference? Smoothness or just different feel?  Thanks.

I've shot a chimera and a glass model.  I felt the glass model was a lot quieter.

I agree with biathlonman.  There was a different twang to the carbon models.  Maybe not louder but definitely different.

I've had both as well..  Actually I've had all glass, chimera, and triple Carbon.

Looks wise: The Glass is prettiest.

Don't care for the half and half of chimera.. Just looks like someone couldn't make up their mind! ahha.. Just kidding..

Triple Carbon/ All Black.. It is a looker too/  Little faster

Honestly they are all so fast I can't really tell a difference unless I have a chronograph.

2 things I do suggest when getting one:

Get the XTL (sp?) lamination for torsional stability. .I think it really helps..  And get a Dark Matter Riser, it adds much needed mass weight to a Centaur...

Great bows!  That is why the wait is so long...
