Anybody know? Just got my KME knife sharpener down at Rmsgear and am trying to set it up, I can probably figure it out if I have too, but thought I'd ask to see what the brains here might know!

David,to sharp a Simmons you need rounded stones, the flat ones don't work well on the curved surfaces.
Usually most like a 25* angle.

I use the rounded diamond stones on my KME and they sharpened very quickly at 25 degrees.

Dave has recently dropped down the bevel to 22-23*.  I tried the KME with the simmons and I just couldnt' get it.  I then swapped to the same method as Chris Spikes on youtube, and not i do them free hand.
