I bought my first bow from Wes about 25 years ago, then started selling his bows out of a friends archery shop.  Over the years I talked with Wes many times on the phone while ordering bows for customers. After I retired from the navy I no longer worked at the shop and would call Wes from time to time just to say hi.

I was traveling through Oregon for work and thought I would call Wes and see if I could stop by and put a face to the voice, it was a great visit and we talked about old times, And different bows that we ordered.  While there I just had to buy a new bow. It is 62" 51#@28". Mountain camo and if I remember right it's the second one he has made out of this wood combo.  Well just wanted to share this. Off to shoot my new bow , thanks again Wes.

A guy came into the shop last Saturday with his new WW bow.  It looked great and shot-well, better than I could ever make it.  Great craftsmanship

Wes makes some beautiful Mentors with different exotic woods.  But the Stealth with the Mountain Camo is too cool.  Might have to order one of those.  Enjoy.

Mark, real nice bow. That wood combo "looks" right. Should shoot good for you.

That's a beaut!

I always enjoy getting to do business with people face to face!

Congratulations. I would love to meet Wes also. He is a super nice guy that builds some fine bows. I love my Wes Wallace  stealth.

I have a beautiful Wes Wallce mentor in Bolivian Rosewood/ birds eye maple. Great craftsmanship and a smooth shooter. It's about 5# more than I like to shoot now though!  :(
Wes builds a fine bow.

I've never seen a Wes Wallace but those Oregon bows (different bowyers) all seem to have great grips and terrific workmanship.

When I left there I bought An all bacote with boo limb cores and cocobolo accents with horn tips.    Stunning bow.   I just couldn't get this bow out of my mind, so we swapped them out.  I just wanted something different

I own two of Wes's bows a Mentor with 3 sets of limbs and a Royale longbow.I've never owned anything better. The workmanship and beauty of the exotic woods he uses is second to none.
