A mishap in Nixa forced the stock PL III I ordered into early retirement before it was ever boxed up.  There is a silver lining to the story, however.  After I got the call informing me that the PL III I ordered was no more, the good people at Black Widow put me on the fast track towards a custom bow.  I chose a 62" PMA II riser with V limbs.  It looks great and shoots even better.  62", 43#@29".  I wish I could take credit for the bamboo lams in the riser (to match the limbs), but it was the bowyer's creativity.   Here's to many 12's and X's.

Not in the least enlightened by the benevolent response from the BW group. No doubt, a rarity type response, but a standard continuously exhibited by from the boys of Nixa.
