Got some Eclipse broadheads on the way, would like to see pics of animals taken with them (just for fun)

I also have some Ribtek heads that I'm going to use. Something about a wide 2 blade just looks awesome on the end of my arrows.

Thanks!

Dang... are we supposed to follow that?  Incredible elk.

When I was introduced to hunting traditional I was given some Eclipse broadheads, and never looked for anything else.  If I did my part, they always did theirs.  Here's a few of mine...

Thanks for the pics guys, that's a phenomenal elk!

Also awesome pics of Africa John, really neat.

Rusa deer are on my list, I really need to make it down to Australia and NZ for a month or two of pure bowhunting and fly fishing bliss!

Up for the afternoon, I'm sure there's more guys/gals out there using the Eclipse heads!

Ive killed several deer with them.

Jake,
As you know, I have killed a few critters with the Eclipse.  I would post the pictures but you have already seen some of them in person.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

But Walt, not all of us have seen them all in one place!

Here's a couple Oregon Blacktails taken with Wilderness Arrows topped off with Eclipse Broadheads.

Up for the day, has to be some more Eclipse users!

That is a fantastic Elk Ryan Derlago.  And I thought you were only slaying nice Whitetails and Bears up there in the Canadian wilds.

Manitoba Stickflinger

Funny Keith! Occasionally another species of critters jumps in front of my arrows! I'd have an amazing trophy pic of a 7 1/2 year old whitetail if I could manage to hit it with one of my Eclipses as well.

Just got my glue on Eclipse heads, wondering if anybody tanto's the tip?
Associate PBS member NRA member DU and Pheasants Forever

Walt Francis

I did the tanto tips on a few Eclipse broadheads and determined it wasn't needed and was a waste of time.  Fact is, I believe they were stronger before the alteration.

I have never had the tip curl on an animal, including moose and deer ribs or deer shoulders and vertebrae.

Good enough, thanks Walt. Gonna get them glued up today and see how sharp I can get them
