I haven't seen much this fall from you folks over the border........how was your 2015 hunting season this year!!??
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

There was no season for me, personally - back injury a week before the season opened. Still got out in the woods quite a bit all along; there was way less sign since spring up here in the northern mountains. Pretty much what lots of folks were saying. A lot less deer, a lot less taken.

Different in other areas?

I've seen plenty of deer this year, but none of them wanted to stand still so I could shoot them. Rude, if you ask me.

Do you guys in VT have the coyote problem we have here in NY/CT?  Deer numbers seem to be down, especially the last few years and coyote numbers/sightings way up. Not a good sign...

Up here. seems they go together. Lots of coyotes = lots of deer. Few coyotes = few deer.

Not many of either this season.

These Vermont deer are a lot different than the NW PA deer I'm used to, but by next fall I intend to have them figured out..
