I'm 6'2" and it seems my harness tether is too short. I have the HSS and I can't bend at the waist without it grabbing me too soon. It said to place it at eye level, but that's very restricting even while sitting down.  Any of y'all deal with this issue?

I like my tether tight- whether sitting or standing.  It keeps me from falling in the first place, stays completely out of the way, and gives my body something to "resist" against which gives me balance and stability during the shot. Mine is adjustable however: I attach the short tether via a carabiner to a prussic knot on a length of climbing rope which is wrapped around the tree trunk. Lone wolf systems and others are set up this way.  I made my own.

Use the same set up as KSdan..
You can even make the rope long enought to reach close toground level and stay connected as,you climb.

I'm only 5'8" and have problems myself. I've missed out on MANY shot opportunities because the damn tether got in my way. The deer seem to always come in from the direction which puts tether in the way of my draw arm.

I'll be keeping an eye on this one. Looks like some great ideas already. And much safer than doing without.
