Thanks Lady Frost for bringing this back up, I read back through it a couple times. Such nice comments for such a special deer and I thank all of you for reading and following this thread till the end.

Every time I walk into my shop and see his rack hanging there it still kinda feels unreal but sure brings back some great memory's.  Thanks again!

Just thought I would update this story, we are getting picks of a offspring of Crazies! His rack is looking just like his dads rack in his later years.

Looks like a 2yr old and I'm going to call him Junior! Can't wait to see him in person and watch him grow up. I've been staying out of the area until Guru gets down here in November to hunt.

Good luck this year to everybody!

Tracy

That is reall y cool. I'm after a buck that I had on cam as a 3.5 year old two years ago. He is much bigger now at 5.5.

Man!! All you guys in states make me jealous. I'm lucky to see a deer in two weekends of hunting let alone get two big bucks!!

Just finished page two....really special buck there....he went out in Honor.

Are you going to mount him or do something special in his honor?
