My second deer with Trad Gear!!!

My second deer with trad gear in a week!  On my way into the stand, I spotted two doe feeding and stalked to about 15 yards but couldn't get a clear shot.  They continued to feed walking away never knowing I was there.  Eventually made my way into the stand and saw 5 more deer in total.  Shot this one at 7 yards.  From the shot to recovery the deer traveled maybe 15 yards.  Probably not the biggest deer in the woods but definitely tender. I'm very proud and truly thankful. I can't wait to chase rabbits and squirrels once NY's firearm deer season is over.  Best of luck to y'all and stay safe!

Congrats again, you should be proud and thankful. To me any deer I kill is a good one or else Ida let them walk. Its all about personal choices as with everything in life. Looks like you're in the zone. Good hunting.
