45. Funny, but I still get over-excited as the shot presents itself. Got to remind myself to "pick a spot".

My 10th with Trad this year...first at 17...been bowhunting only since I was 15 years old. My family didnt hunt and I pretty much taught myself early on...had some good help later on.

First year Bowhunting 1952. guess that makes 63 years.  Denny Sturgis Sr

Tom

Bowhunting since '59, first deer '65 at age 14. Service then a few years off then a few years with wheels and then back to the recurves. Not many blank years but this year is a challenge to say the least. But will stock with it until I can't move.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

Butchie

38 and counting.  Hopefully many, many more!

Don't remember when my dad started letting me go with him...but it's been around 40 years.  With traditional gear, I think this is my 21st year...I think.  Never been good with dates...have enough trouble keeping up with today...

VA Elite
