I really like the felt hat, and frequently wear one. In warm weather, though, I usually use a ball cap style. But I shoot Hill style bows with wooden arrows, so I hope that offsets the "non-trad" ball cap.

Hats change according to the weather or my mood. A one hat bowhunter is missing out.
As far as the arrows,    :scared:    :knothead: . Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess.

I kind of like the purple stripes with yaller feathers, boys. Just had to open up the winders and let the Bama pose for a picture the other night.

The purple stripes saved me $7 thanks to Big Jim. I'm not too proud to save some money when I can. Gotta save it where you can when you are on a fixed income. I think those arrows will look great with a coat of nice, red, bubbly stuff, lol!    :archer:

BWallace-now that dude is trad.

Sam McMicheal-I dunno man we'll have to get a poll running   ;)
Course if you rock a picture with the hat we may all be inclined to forget that whole ball cap business..

Walt Francis-......Lighten up Francis.     :biglaugh:

If I brought that hat in the house my wife would "broom" it to smithereens. Snakeskin don't come in the house.

I'm with Pat on the hats, - weather or mood - but really, I own plenty of hats, cowboy to fedoras, but my ball cap seems to stay on the head better in the crazy wind we have around here.

As for those arrows or the bow...well...if you say so.   :biglaugh:

All righty then! They look just fine and dandy.

Now I just want to see one of mine looking like that. Not gonna happen today though. The wind is wrong and it's been raining like craze since about 11 this morning.    :(

Always been a fan of the full brim, crushable.  Keep the rain off the back of your neck, roll er up in the pack when the sun comes out.  Bought this one on my honeymoon, lots of good memories with it so far.

I just bought this one out in Portland at the Filson Store......
