I've used a Catquiver for at least the past 15 years, but stopped using the actual Catquiver packs/backpacks years ago. In my opinion, they are junk.

Simply take the quiver portion of the Catquiver (I believe they market it as the Mini) and attach it to the pack of your choice. There are tons of options (Badlands, Tenzing, etc.) for packs that are FAR more usable than the fleece pouch that Catquiver tries to pass off as a pack. You can customize fit/location of the quiver portion by using zip ties or (what I use) stretch cord to securely fasten to your pack.

I use mine with my KUIU packs- friends have theirs on any number of different makes and they work great- far better than any of the Catquiver options.

Working around aircraft and aircraft maintaince facilities, I built one of aircraft Aluminum.  Stronger than the plactic ones, adjustable and can be used a variety of ways.  It would be easy to attach it to any number of pack combinations.  The plastic one is in the attic.  Jerry is a nice guy and made lots of these Catquivers. I think using the arrow holder portion and attaching it to a regular pack might be a good thing for tree stand hunters.

3Feathers, I have the 7. Practically the same as the 7.5

X2 Dennis.  There are better packs for sure.  I have a quiver that locks into my pack.  Usually just go with a two quiver strap on quiver though

I have used the full day pack cat with the mini for years not sure what model number it is. It has given me great service with no problems. My partner has the one that is just the fanny pack with the mini and other than having to tie on extra layers really likes his. I tried to use mine this year for packing in for couple of days and it was a little small but worked. I have bought something a little larger for next year, but will keep my cat around for day trips. My son used a badlands and stole my mini and attached it worked great, so the idea of a mini and other packs is a valid idea. I have not found the pack to be lacking in any way for workmanship or quality. I do agree there are better packs, and attaching a mini as my son did is something I am going to try next year with my new pack.

I have the 3, and I like it.  Certainly not as much gear space as a day pack, but I like how it stays tight to my body, and grabbing an arrow is easy.  I strap extra clothes to the outside and find the three pouches and small front pocket good for dividing up my calls, camera and glasses and blind making gear.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.
