My Big shot glove is developing a string groove. I called John and Lori on Friday. I found out they do repair but I ordered a crossover to have while mine is repaired. You always need a back up, right? The crossover got here today. I couldn't believe it. Idaho to Michigan from Friday to Monday.  Love the crossover too. Great people John and Lori.

I'm on my 2nd one.  My first glove lasted 7 years and could probably still use it. Great product!

I have used the big shot ever since it came out by I think one of the Shultz boys, still use the new ones made by John and Lori after they acquired the company, never had one grove on me.

I made my "string groove " go away with some ball glove break in stuff. Now I have. 2 gloves
