was considering looking into one and need some input from somebody who owns one or has shot one.

You can do a search under "Acadian Treestick" under the "powwow" forum. There is alot of good info.

Tim built me one last year and it is a real beauty. He is one heck of a fellow to deal with too.

Have a three piece recurve. Love it. I have shot a tree stick as well, fine shooter.  DOn't know if Trooper still frequents the board here, but he has several Of TIm Mullins bows(Acadian bowyer) and give you some good input.

Wile E. Coyote

Got the 3 piece treestick with 2 sets of limbs, 60" 58# and 56" 52#. Really like the short limb bow, very stable and great for treestands and tight spots. Wouldn't part with it for anything. Shoots smooth and well.

I've had a bunch of bows, nearly all of the top names and I'm shooting a 3pc. Treestick with no inclination to change. Great looks and performance.
