This is a Proto one piece broadhead coming out soon.

300 gr, 250 gr, 200 gr, 175 gr.

This broadhead pictured was test shot into a cement block 2 times straight on and one on an angle glancing off,  All 3 arrows broke. An old stop sign 6 times, Broadhead still spins perfect, Edges touched up on my Work Sharp, This Broadhead will still hunt as good as a new one. A true 50-55 Rockwell hardness.

Looks like a good head. Wonder the cost. Any idea?

You sure have a knack for broadhead design Bob. What's the cutting diameter.

Cost is going to be $49.50/3.
cutting Dia. is 1.20" And this can vary, if you want 1.5" we can do it but material costs go up.
I'm a big fan of 300 grain at 1.125" so this is what I'm into. I shoot 44-50# at 26" on a good day, I've just had too many good things at that setup. I have to say this is all done in house, Nothing is sent out to be heat treated or coated or anything. So knowing not everybody what 300 gr. this design will go to 175gr.

Thanks for the interest.

Is it a screw on or glue on?

Very nice indeed, I like the fact it is being done "in house". Gives me the impression of "handmade".

AZ_Longbow

May need to try some out.

DesertDude

Other than the Rockwell hardness and price,  how does your broadhead differ from the VPA?   Type of steel? Coating?  Length?

Thank you

Its a 3 blade Broadhead.... Cutting length of blade is 2.7" tool steel. Sorry but I don't get into this vs that vs that.A High quality broadhead, that can also be made from Stainless steel if you want it. Some real good quality 3 blade heads out there, now you have one more to choose from.

It looks like the ferrule of the head is larger than the shaft, is that a 5/16" shaft? If so, we have a winner here, no shaft hang up on the way through.

JamesKerr

Looks like a good head! The 250 grain would work great for me.
