I like shooting with my new American Leathers Kangaroo Krossover glove... but although I've developed a lusty callous on my index finger, shooting with a glove still pains me a lot when I reach full draw.  Until recently, I'd always used a tab with a spacer.  With the glove, with no spacer, the knuckle nearest my fingernail on my index finger (shooting split) pinches on the arrow nock and puts a real hurtin' on it.  

I'm shooting better and more consistently than I ever have before, but the pain in the finger is distracting!

What are my options?  

Or... how can I spell R-E-L-I-E-F?

I've had the same experience.
I actually took a shooting glove and added the part of the tab with the middle finger hole and the spacer, cut the rest of the tab away.

A couple of years later discovered why I had such finger pinch.
My string hand elbow was way too high causing me to put excessive pressure on the top of the arrow nock, and it certainly effected my accuracy.

Could glue a piece of leather to the side of the glove finger.

I agree, though, that a high drawing arm elbow and/or a short bow can cause a lot of finger pinch in that area.
