Outstanding! the work alone was worth the admission    And the message was loud and clear.

I have not taken the next step into making my own bows but have such a longing to do so.  My hunting journey has steadily been regressing from gun to compound to recurves to longbows and I'm enjoying ever minute of it.

Yep there have been plenty of lean years in the process if I had to base my successes on the "kill" only.

But its about finding that indescribable connection between the hunter and his prey that keep me in the game.

Thank again for reaffirming and recalibrating the compass!
