Thinking about putting a plunger, on my Das riser, would the Das shorty plunger, be a good one?

Thanks Sam

Don't know the answer to your question Sam, but how did it go at Bastrop last Sunday? I saw Ron as we were leaving, but all the rest of y'all were still out on the course shooting your second round.

It was a great shoot, I placed in longbow open, not so good in longbow wood.

It sure would. Beiter are really good.
Vegetarians are cool, I eat them with every meal!

Most plungers stick out quite far from the riser and that makes them tend to catch on things, not the best for a hunting bow...the shorty plungers help take care of that...although they are not as easy to adjust as some of the target plungers once they are adjusted they work exactly the same way

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

I just checked the 3 Rivers site (my plunger is from Trad Tech) and they use the expression "snag free service in the field" which supports what I said above...back in the days when we shot compound bows with fingers we quite successfully used plungers that were even less sophisticated

Thanks 2bird and damascusdave.
