A friend of a friend lives in the OKC area and is looking at leasing some property in Logan County. He found a piece of property but isn't sure if he's getting a fair price. It's basically a 160 acre block of ag field with a creek running threw it. Does anyone have any idea what property is leasing for in that area. It's been about 15 years since I lived in Ok and you could still get permission to hunt without having to lease. Thanks for any info you can give me!

About $10-$12 an acre in TX if there is water and electric hook up. Seems OK is a bit cheaper.
