I like Mossy Oak for early season, but once the leaves are off and dead lookin' I use mainly my Gallitan Wool brown camos.  Work pretty good from my experience, had more than one deer look thru me.

A hunting buddy of mine just wears old brown carharts this time of year.  You might laugh but he does pretty well every year. dino

Mostly wool plaids.

When it gets colder, I have a set of the Gallatin Range wool that I wear.

Wool plaid first, ASAT second.  

Ghillies work great as well.

For late season Day One Camo now sells ASAT in wool and it is great stuff and very reasonably priced.

I use whatever, but try to mix my camo patterns, like in this pic, columbia wool bibs,k-mart fleece shirt(green) , wal-mart fleece vest,and wal-mart fleece "radar cap". I figure mixing the patterns does more for breaking up my human outline than anything.Plaids work fine, or any pattern for that matter, but i don't like to wear the same pattern head to toe, no matter how good they claim it to be

depends where I'm at Here in Colorado Mossy oak seems to be an all round great pattern, But honestly regular Old Military camo patterns work great out here too,It's pretty dark and green everywhere.  In nebraska I Use Real tree hardwoods, gray and brown seems to be better than the Dark stuff...

I agree with Randy- I use different camo pants and shirts and jackets.

A face mask or face paint is probably most important. The older I get though; the more I look like tree bark    :(
