After a survey of all your very intelectual answers I've decided I'll be very sneaky and try to get another pic of this elusive object. Can we call it an object? Maybe it's not an object but instead a thingy or a sumthin-or-nuther. Possibly a watchamacallit? I guess I'm not sure so I'll just set the cameras back up, beef the flash up with some extra electricity and see if we can get something more solid to work with. More to come.   :D   CK

I notice in the picture that there are vehicle tracks. If a vehicle drove by would your camera take a picture of it? Could the light have been from something on or in the vehicle if there was one?
It does seem the right height off the vehicle tracks to have been from the cab area of a vehicle.

What kind of vehicles do moths drive in your area?

I didn't think your home made feather burners made a 'lone' spark.  From what I've read it's more like bunches.

Ok, ok...I've got it.  Some swamp gas got mixed up with an electrical discharge from the planet Venus all of which caused a spark for a small time in front of the camera.

The first thing I thought of when I saw Lenny's cleaned up photo was Randy Quaid in Independence Day...

I'm with Killy...don't be encouraging that boy to do a Tim Taylor and ramp up his flash ...no sir... catsasstrophy coming for sure.

Humm? This is gettin wierd! Look what I got last night. No other pics. I'm gettin kinda skerd. Wish I hadn't seen the enhanced space ship photo. I'm not gonna sleep tonight.
