Thanks for setting up show with UNCLE GENE.I never get tired of his humor,wit and especially his down to earth way of conveying his Whitetail Wisdom so a simpleton like myself can understand.

All I can say about the show is AWESOME !!
I am so happy so many people showed up and really welcomed Gene to CT.

This was a hard picture to take last one of the day and out to dinner and then had to say goodbye to Gene
I did steal his Brothers of the Bow hat he had on all weekend. This baby has to have Wensel deer luck (Wensel Sweat) in it. I am never washing it and will be taking it out tomorrow on Opening DAY!!

Good stuff.....wish I didn't miss out on so much as of late...but buiz n family come 1st....I bet it was a blast.

Maybe some day him or Barry will come south...or better yet...Both come south.

It's not everyday you get to spend some time with a true legend of the hunting industry. No ridiculous sponsor laden billboard on wheels some would call a truck, no fancy clothing riddled with sponsor patches all over it....just Gene.

One of the most knowledgeable, hilarious, and down to earth approachable guys that has ever draw a bow! I first met Gene Wensel back in 1985 and over the years because of seminars, shows, several mutual friends, tradgang, even hunting TX with him and Barry once...have become friends....very humbling for me to be able to say that...he'll always be one of my favorite people to share time with.

Well yesterday I'm happy to say that Cade finally(after missing out on another opportunity) got the chance to shake Uncle Gene's hand...best part was, he walked right up to Cade and said...."Cade it's good to finally meet you"...how cool is that!!
That's the kinda guy he is....

That was great Curt. It was good seeing you and Cade again. Cade is developing into a fine young man, and there's no doubt that he he got a lot out of that seminar.
