I am fairly certain that the Bear Montana would foot the bill for you. I would have to go out and measure mine. Right around $350 brand new and I don't think you would find anything to complain about. The only complaints I've heard were from the critters I've had in front of me that I wanted to eat. ALL have joined me for meals!

That said, Edward from Trinity and I are working out a deal at this time!

My Liberty Classic is one of the smoothest, easiest bows to draw. It is noticeable when compared to other comprable weighted bows.  I think it would be a good choice for Your needs.

You could buy one of his bows and stay under budget especially if used.

Measured my Liberty Contender last night, and it would meet your requirements. 64" 51# @ 28", Coco riser, with all Yew limbs, and clear glass.

Look up Tom Deputy he is a Texas Bowyer and I believe he makes his bow to meet Texas longbow rules.
