Right now it is 64 degrees and cloudy, Thanksgiving morning it is supposed to be 32 degrees, winds NNW and a chance of light snow! It will be the fourth day of gun season and I am hoping all the opening day/fair weather hunters sleep in 'cause I've touched up the broadheads and aired out the wool. I'm good till about 11:00 and then it's off to my mom-in-laws to eat too much. BUT when everybody else is nappin' I'll be heading back to the woods! After being married 36 years my Goodwife and I have it figured out , my kids go to their in-laws early  and we all get together 30 minutes after dark , I again plan on hunting all day , Fred

Man I hope so.  As long as the weather cooperates, my son and I ought to be able to get out for a bit in the morning.

Its been a great fall here at my house. Worst case
is I stay home and have a great day with my family

Hunting on Thanksgiving as a young kid was Traditional. Uncles, Cousins, Dad and myself.

Since I gave up gun hunting 36 yrs ago and people are no longer around, I spend the day with my family. I will be bowhunting Friday and Saturday in New Jersey. Thursday will be a day of relaxing, eating Turkey, sipping Gin and watching some football.
