I'm so torn. Went to Jerry's shop tday and shot both. Creep was 58" 51# and Bush bow was 62" 45#.  Both shot amazingly. The Bushbow seemed a bit more stable but that Creep was a shooter. Got some zip. Seemed to have a tighter draw but it was 6# heavier so hard to compare.  Let's hear from people that own both. Talk me into one or the other haha.

Skinnybill

Oh yah, I shoot a solid 28". Maybe 1/4" over.  Stability is more important than speed for me.  But man that Creep sure was stable for a 58" longbow.

4 inches difference in tip to tip and 6 pounds of draw weight is a bunch.....what are you looking for in a bow...which fits you better?

I'm a short guy....5'8"....no way would I want a 62 inch long bow.  What about the weight??  Which felt better to draw and which felt better upon release?

Lil creep is the perfect hunting bow. Fast smooth quiet and not too long. Jerry called me yesterday to tell me my new lil creep shipped! Stoked...
Both good bows, take your pic.

Skinnybill

I'm 6'.  I was thinking about 48#.  They both felt good just different.  The Creep felt "tighter" and "snappier".  The Bushbow felt a bit "softer" if that makes sense. But 6# difference is huge so who knows.  I love how little the creep looks. Very maneuverable.

I own a lil creep and a critter glitter (made on the same for. As bushbow.)  the lil creep is a few feet per second faster but a little louder.   The 62" critter gitter is quieter and smoother drawing.  Both are the same draw weight too.  I like my critter gitter for 3d and I like the lil creep for hunting.

Just me......longer is better, I had a Bush Bow but had to sell, I dropped down in weight. I'm a Bush Bow fan!

Carcajou

Ive owned em all. Bushbow for stability, more mass weight..Lil Creep seemed a little "twitchy"..too tiny and dainty for my liking. Lil Creep is very suprising, tho, as it is smooth, and very quiet. Nice D shape when strung. Green glass and locator grip are nice options. Bushbows are the stand alone Great Northern bow; more sold than any other model.

All in all, Fantastic bows whatever choice you make.

It's easy buy both of them.   :biglaugh:
I have both and shoot both but if I could only have I don't know which I would choose.

STOP that  Jack lol.  Believe me that's crossed my mind. Always need a similar backup.  No no no...just choose...ughhhhhhhhhh.

I have had both of them. My feelings are the same as Carcajou. I could shoot the Bushbow consistently better than the Lil Creep. The Bushbow was a smoother draw, but it was 4" longer (62"). My draw length is 27".

kbetts

Wouldn't want a 62" bow?  Have you shot one?  I'm 5'7" on a tall day and that's my favorite length.........but my draw is way over 25".

Love my Bushbow 51# @28 Osage riser and limbs.
I have always prefered a little longer bow.
Good luck with your decision!

I just picked up a used Bushbow with the Jack-knife.
Shoots great.  Shot the Lil' Creep at Compton last summer.  Like them both, but think you would need to shoot each in your desired weight if possible.  If stability is your number one priority, I would think the Bushbow may be a better fit.

I have shot both models and hands down prefer the Bushbow. Probably the best all around bow that I've ever shot. Smooth, Quiet and very Stable. It also has great cast for a wider limb bow. Jerry Brumm is a great guy to deal with and will treat you great ! I love Great Northern bows...just wish he still made the critter gitter model

Buy them both and decide later which one you like the best.......hahaha!!!

I have both, two Bushbows, one osage limbs and the other hickory, and a Lil Creep which is always bamboo. The Bushbows are both 62", and all of them are 57#.

The Bushbow is more stable for two reason. It's longer and the limb woods are heavier. The Creep is much lighter, overall, and the bamboo recovers more quickly, so it's noticeably faster.

My conclusion? The Bushbow instills more confidence for me. I like the Creep, but the Bushbow feels more trustworthy, if you get my meaning.
