how to post pictures

i tried looking this topic up, but couldn't find any info...please help...thanks

Go to the forum home,and click on the photography link. It should walk you through it. You will need to get something like a photo bucket account. When I take my pictures I put them on my computer and then go to my photo bucket account,and it prompts you every step as how to get them off your computer into your photo bucket account. You then click on the image you want and there will be three or four yellow outlined boxes on the right. Click on the one that says IMG and it will say copied. Come back to Trad Gang and either click on new topic or paste from your edit button to an existing topic.

go to www.Tinypic.com start an account

upload your photo

Then copy and paste the IMG code line into your Tradgang thread.

thanks for the help...tried the "imgur" site...but i still can't get the pic to post, just the url link...oh well......

Only the link shows in the box you type in, did you preview the post? Will show there if it is gonna work....

You can use the site TJ suggested, or any other image hosting site. Copy the IMG link, and paste it here. I have never used imgur, but if it is like photobucket, there are several likns you can copy, and you have to get the correct one.

Btw, your arrows are awesome looking!

I tried TinyPic today . I logged in later and there was a very disgusting porn video on my account . I will never use them again and strongly suggest that no one use there site .
